Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our facility.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once we verify the contents.
